• Payments, where applicable, may be processed through third-party payment providers

We are not responsible for the services provided by third-party accommodation providers.

All content, features, and functionality on the platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Stay Booking or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

5. User Content & Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a:

• Royalty-free
• Worldwide
• Perpetual and irrevocable

license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to submit such content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• The quality or availability of accommodations
• Third-party policies or actions
